Giant Tiger $500 Gift Card Draw

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. To enter, go to www.gianttiger.com/survey/ complete the entry form. You must complete all survey questions and confirm compliance with these rules by checking the appropriate box on the entry form. Only one entry per receipt will qualify. A purchase is necessary in order to complete the shopping experience questionnaire to enter the draw.

2. Dates: The survey starts and ends on the following days for the following 6 Giant Tiger stores. These are the dates where you can complete the shopping experience survey to enter the draw to receive a $500 Giant Tiger Gift Card. Store 006 � Smiths Falls; 29 Chambers Street, Smiths Falls, Ontario, K7A2Y3: Starts on Thursday December 1st, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Wednesday December 21st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm. Store 027 � Hawkesbury; 355 Regent Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, K6A1G1: Starts on Thursday December 1st, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Wednesday December 21st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm. Store 155 � Orleans (Ottawa); 900 Watters Road, Orleans (Ottawa), Ontario, K4A0B4: Starts on Thursday December 1st, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Wednesday December 21st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm. Store 192 � Port Hope; 145 Peter Street, Port Hope, Ontario, L1A1C5: Starts on Thursday December 1st, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Wednesday December 21st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm. Store 063 � Dunnville; 231 Queen Street, Dunnville, Ontario, N1A1H8: Starts on Monday December 12th, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Sunday January 1st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm. Store 126 � Beloeil; 360, boul. Yvon l�Heureux Nord, Beloeil, Quebec, J3G5P2: Starts on Monday December 12th, 2011 at 12:00:00 am and ends on Sunday January 1st, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm.

3. The incentive(s): There will be six $500 Giant Tiger Gift Card prizes drawn after the fielding of the survey is completed. One $500 Giant Tiger Gift Card will be awarded per store location indicated in the questionnaire. All Gift Cards must be accepted as awarded, have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable.

Distribution of the incentive: All winners of the draw will be notified by email and will be asked to go to the Giant Tiger store location where they received the survey invitation to redeem their $500 Gift Card, unless deemed otherwise by Giant Tiger Stores Limited�s Home Office (�the Home Office�).

4. Odds of winning the draw will be determined by the number of entries submitted per store. Only one $500 Giant Tiger Gift Card will be awarded per draw winner per store, household, family, group or organization.

5. Selection Process: Entries will be received by the Home Office, which will conduct the draw. Gift Card winners will be selected by random draw held on the following days for the following store entries at the Home Office in Ottawa, Ontario. Store 006 � Smiths Falls; Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012. Store 027 � Hawkesbury; Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012. Store 155 � Orleans (Ottawa); Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012. Store 192 � Port Hope; Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012. Store 063 � Dunnville; Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012. Store 126 � Beloeil; Draw will be held on Friday January 13th, 2012.

To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first complete a written declaration confirming compliance with these rules. In the event that the Giant Tiger Stores Limited�s Home Office (�the Home Office�) is unable to notify a selected entrant within seven (7) days of the draw, that selected entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

6. Correspondence: No correspondence pertaining to this draw will be entered into except with potential winners.

7. Consent: By entering this draw, winners agree to be governed by these rules and consent to the use of their name and address (city only) in a winners� list as agreed by completing the form. Winners further agree to the use of their name, address (city only), and photograph for advertising purposes by Giant Tiger Stores Limited related to this draw, without compensation. Your privacy is important to Giant Tiger and Giant Tiger is committed to protecting personal information by following responsible information handling practices. Giant Tiger may use personal information to contact you, to process and store the personal information so that we are able to better understand our customers and how we can improve our products and services or other fully disclosed purposes, such as to enter you into a draw or respond by e-mail to an inquiry that you posed on-line. By you having given your consent, your personal information may also be used by Giant Tiger to contact you regarding other products or services which may be of interest to you. 8. Ownership and conduct: All entries become the property of Giant Tiger Stores Limited. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed. Giant Tiger Stores Limited reserve the right to modify this draw or disqualify entrants if fraud or misconduct destroy the integrity of the draw as determined by these parties, in their sole discretion.

9. This draw is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, except employees of Giant Tiger Stores Limited, their franchisees and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, or parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of materials related to this draw, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household with respect to any of the foregoing.

10. This draw is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. This draw is offered only in Canada and is void where prohibited.
